Writer’s Work- The online platform for your future writing career

I’ve read some interesting articles in the past about how writing could have a positive effect on your mental well-being. These articles mention how cathartic and calming writing could be when you’re under stress. But have you ever thought about turning this stress-relieving hobby into a life-long career? There’s an online platform that could help you do just that. It is called Writer’s Work.

The Writer’s Work app gives you full access to plenty of writing jobs right at your fingertips. No need to waste time searching all over job boards. All of your future writing opportunities are right here. This app searches the web throughout various job sites such as Journalism Jobs and ProBlogger and delivers them right to your dashboard.

Another feature you will appreciate from Writer’s Work is the writing career training videos section. As a freelance writer, I could definitely use a little advice in this area. The University Library section of the app covers three modules all designed to help you get started as a freelance writer. The one I’ve been appreciating is the 108-page booklet, “Getting Started as a Writer,” where it educates you on how to jumpstart your business. This is found in the Introduction area within the section.

This other cool feature will help you put your stress level under control while you’re writing. On the Documents section where you will write your article, it not only comes with its own spelling and grammar check, but it also has some interesting sound effects you could play to help get your creative juices flowing. Pretty neat, isn’t it?

Some of the other components of the app include a Submissions section which gives you a list of periodicals with daily paid writing assignments, a Project section that helps you keep track of your big freelance projects with clients and a Goals section which helps you set future aspirations in helping you become a better writer. You could even develop your own online portfolio on the Writer’s Work app.

Writer’s Work gives you all the tools and information to help you jumpstart your writing career. So what are you waiting for? Go to https://writers.work/ and sign up today.
