This means not going above the intake of certain multivitamins such as iron, which has a Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of 18 milligrams for women.

  1. This is great information! Vitamins have a place in our lives, as mass production of our fruits and vegetables, more often genetically modified have reduced the level of nutrients which our grandparents and those with backyard gardens enjoyed.
    The quality of the supplements is important as well. Fillers and the purity of the product will affect those side effects and efficacy.
