Last week, I’ve talked about some sustainable, environmentally-friendly recipes. This week let’s talk about something else that’s good for your health and that’s a clean house. There are plenty of environmentally-friendly cleaning products out there that are safe and toxic-free. Let’s learn about 5 of these cleaning products in this week’s post and why you should try them at home. I never tried any of these products, but I just might if they pique my interest.

Clean Well Botanical Disinfecting Wipes

These disinfectant wipes, which you can also find at Walmart, come with a fresh scent and disinfects with essential oil. It uses a plant-based botanical ingredient called Thymol to kill germs on commonly-touched places like countertops. Pure Baking Soda Shaker

You can’t go wrong with this good old-fashioned cleanser. Every household should have some Arm & Hammer Pure Baking Soda. It’s eco-friendly as well. You can clean, bake, and brush your teeth with baking soda. You can use it to absorb the odors in your fridge, freshen your shoes, mattresses and be added to a wash and rinse to deodorize your clothes. There’s so much baking soda could do and it’s a gentle abrasive cleaner.
