Weight gain, weight maintenance, and intermittent fasting are some of the other ways you can use this app. Set your macronutrients and calorie deficit. Track your carbs, protein, sugar, salt, fat, and saturated fat. You can find what you’re eating very easily with their database of over 300,000 foods. While the NutraCheck app does come with a free 7-day trial, it doesn’t unfortunately have a free version available. But another cool thing about this app is that you can link it to your favorite fitness device such as Fitbit.

Future

If you’re looking for a fitness app that concentrates on toning and flexibility workouts, look no further than Future. This toning workout app was rated high by both Apple iOS and Google Play stores. The Future app offers a wide range of trainers who can create workouts for you aimed at building strength and losing weight. Choose from a huge selection of coaches who offer various specializations and instruction styles. This coach will then work with you one-on-one to discuss your goals, experience, equipment you may or may not have access to, and other important things. After this, they will construct a training plan for you based on your needs. Some of the toning workouts include yoga, strength training, or low-intensity steady-state cardio workouts (LISS).

The Future app is great if you’re interested in toning and not building muscle. However, it is expensive, running at $149/month. It’s also not compatible with any Smart devices other than the Apple Watch.

It’s a simple app that could help you effectively work out with its programmable intervals.

Workout for Women: Fit at Home

Getting fit at home has never been easier with the Workout for Women: Fit at Home app. Inside this free app, which is available for iOS and Android, you’ll find all sorts of quick and effective workouts that’ll help slim down your belly, tone your butt, and trim your waistline. You can keep track of your weight loss progress and how many calories you’ve burned. All workouts are designed by a professional fitness coach to have you sweating it out 7 minutes a day. This last workout app gives you a free customized workout plan with in-depth tutorials and other educational tools. The Caliber Workout app tailors your workouts based on your fitness levels and goals, even if you’re new to working out. It is highly rated by users on Google Play and iOs. This easy-to-navigate app gives you four to six exercises a day that focuses on different muscle groups. Upon signing up for the first time, you get to choose whether you want to get lean, build muscle, gain strength, or other. The Caliber app also offers you educational content each week on evidence-based fitness principles on topics such as nutrition, sleep, supplements, etc. Download this 100% free app with no ads or paywalls and you will be working out in no time.
